Connecting back to our reading of the book by Marilyn Burns called The Greedy Triangle
We began reading an amazing book called: Be the Change: A Grandfather Gandhi Story. This is a brilliant book for transforming our thinking. Global Citizenship is a theme in grade 3 social studies and this book shows us how no matter how big or small you are, you can choose the right actions. You can make a difference in your community and the world. The main idea of this book fits wonderfully with our heart values at Ken Taylor, particularly empathy, responsibility and truthfulness.
