Thank you to all the parents who came to share our learning in grade 3 today.  If you weren't able to attend.  Here are some photos of our poets and the tableaux performers.  Thank you to our MC's this is a big job and I'm so proud of all of you.  You really represented our learning. In the afternoon we continued to create our stamps to represent the rest of the elements.  Here are some pictures of our prototypes:

Don't forget the grade 3 assembly tomorrow (Friday, April 28th) morning at 8:30.  We are excited to celebrate our learning with you and look forward to seeing you there.  We will be exploring the cycles found in nature and the four elements. We will celebrate the importance of the water cycle, accessing clean water (water) , rocks, minerals and soil (earth) (fire) , and renewable energy (wind) (fire = geothermal energy)  Each of the three grade 3 classes will be performing. Featured poets from room 123 are:  Asad, Noah, Chris and Zymal MC's :  Josh and Jeff These poets are going to be supported by dramatic movements performed by:  Amira, Mina, Mason, Sharon, Uweys, Emily, and Athryn

Pancake Breakfast You are invited! You and your children  are invited to  Kenneth D Taylor School  at  8:15am on Friday May 12th  for a  Pancake Breakfast!! This is a  free  event. Please come and enjoy breakfast with your children.  Siblings and parents are invited. Pancakes etc will be served on the compound behind the school starting at 8:15am.  We hope to see you there!
