Another spelling strategy to try at home

Someone spells the word for you and then you guess the word they have spelled.

Here is another way to study your sticky words,  have an adult spell the word out to you.  Then you must visualize the letters in your brain to recognize the word being spelled to you.

So for example:  your mom could say the letters f  i  r  e and you would have to think and then respond that spells "fire"

Don't forget to practice the atch, itch and otch families this week as in catch,  ditch and notch.
