Wondering about Endangered Species on Wednesday

Speaking of life cycles ...  This is a thinking  cycle that we are using as we investigate and research our endangered species and life cycles.  It represents the thinking about their thinking that goes on in our brains as we research and expand our knowledge about a topic or concept.  Students are zooming in on information, evaluating the quality of the information, paying attention to the questions that come up as they read, make inferences about the questions they ask, investigate the answer and this sparks further finding out and sorting out to transform thinking.

Here are some photos of representing the sorting out of information and organizing it to inform in their visual sketch journals.
